Susan considers event planning her "call in life."  She decided to team up with the reliable culinary resources of her talented chef-husband, Bob, to start a Tampa based catering business.  Susan is a professionally-trained journalist with over 25 years in education and business public relations. She also was director of the Hernando County Education Foundation.
In business for 35 years, Catering By Robert/Event Concepts . FL, is a small family-owned business which focuses 
all of its efforts on its clients - 
one event at a time. 

That's why we only cater one to three events a week. We want to assure each and every client they have the 
full  attention of the owners.

This approach to planning special events  
(from 100 to 500 guests) allows us to offer a consistent level of personalized service, outstanding cuisine, 
and creative design!
